Voting rights

SDUSA, KS understands voting is the right of every Kansan. We Believes voting should be made easier, not harder. We also believe that every naturalized persons or citizen over the age of 18 has the right to vote. Voting is a civic duty with one voting being able to decide outcomes of elections.

  • in promoting accesses to the ballot
  • fight voter suppression
  • promoting the voting rights act of 1965
  • Automatic Voter Registration (AVR)
  • Same-Day Registration

Voting rights matter to Kansas people because without this fundamental right, we wouldn’t have a civil society. Kansas has low voter turn out, which means that one vote matters even more. Kansas has a history of a supporting suffrage, among groups of people.

Join SDUSA in our mission to ensure every Kansan has equal voting rights.
