Partisan Without the Politics of Division

By SDUSA KS

A social democracy means putting transparency and democracy first. As a partisan organization, we believe that all parties should uphold this vision to govern in nonpartisan ways. To be nonpartisan does not mean escaping the vital systems of the left or right, as these are a foundation of our nation ,but to rise above identity politics.

Naturally we’re partisan with the Democratic party but we’re unwelcomed and we’re disavowed by the right. With partisanship a complete loyalty is generally expected, while being moderate is frowned upon. To be open to all sides, means partisanship without the idenity politics and that is how we make a social democracy work for all.

A social democracy stands for moderate values in a traditional way. To be thought of as an inspiration rather than a label. To be a Social Democrat means practicing self- actualization in politics, where one realizes the truth in how all parties may serve themselves.

Join SDUSA KS in practicing a partisan approach, in leaving behind the divisive labels of far left or far right behind. Instead, we Advocate for a middle ground approach. Remember Social Democrats, not Democrats.

The future is uncertain but a social democracy can be the light that shines the way.
